Investing Costs

Expense ratio

The expense ratio for most Core accounts is 0.0%. This means we don’t charge extra to manage your investment portfolio.

Trading fees

Global Advisers is an investment advisor, not a brokerage firm. This means we don’t charge extra commissions for trades placed in your account.

Advisory Costs

Advisory fees

We charge an annual fee based on the total value of your account. Fees are calculated daily and displayed on your monthly and quarterly account statements. Fees are deducted automatically from the investment account. We do not invoice.

Financial Planning

Financial planning is included for Galleon Flagship accounts that meet certain criteria. For non-clients and for accounts that do not meet the minimum criteria, we charge an hourly fee for our financial planning services.

Investment minimums

Minimum investing requirements

The services you receive are based on various factors, including your total account balance with us. We gladly work with clients who have less than the following minimum amount to invest. To receive certain types of services, the following minimums apply:

  • Wealth Management: $500,000
  • Private Wealth Management $2,000,000
  • Select clients: $50,0000
  • Core accounts: $5,000

Lower investment costs keep more of your money working for you

See how we keep your long-term costs down, so you have a better chance of long-term investing success.

*This fee calculator assumes the maximum Core fee, which is 0.04%. Fees range from 0.0% to 0.04%. Fee calculator results do not take market value fluctuations into consideration. Custodian may charge a commission when securities are bought or sold in iCore accounts. Commissions and other fees (if any) are not calculated in this simulation. For informational purposes only.

Fees over ten years*

We believe in a long-term approach to investing. Enter the amount you want to invest and see what your fees might be over a ten-year period of time. Note that fees will fluctuate as the value of the account changes. For example: if you enter $10,000, you can expect to pay $400 over that period of time, or $40 per year. This assumes that the value of the account does not fluctuate.
