About Our Division

The Division of Human Capital Management focuses on developing the core skills and competencies of our people. The division works with all employees to address strategic business needs, current trends, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion within Global Advisers.

We look for analytically-mind people from all academic backgrounds that demonstrate excellence across multiple disciplines, a strong interest in financial services, excellent interpersonal skills, and the desire to ensure that our policies are consistent with current regulatory hiring requirements.

The Work You'll Do

Our division strives to enhance our peoples’ career experience through professional development, targeted programming, competitive, market-driven compensation, and ongoing opportunities for learning and advancement. You will be instrumental in ensuring that we achieve this goal. We will equip and empower you to helps our employees develop and lead high performing teams by providing them with ongoing training, feedback, tools and best practices, and offering strategic insights informed by data analytics.

We emphasize a mentorship culture in which our junior team members learn by working closely with seasoned professionals. We believe this is a critical step to developing the next generation of investment leaders.

Interested in this Division?

We actively recruit talented people from all academic disciplines. Internships range from four to ten weeks and can lead to full-time job offers. With some exceptions, all new hires start as an Associate, an Analyst, or an Intern. We usually hire Directing Managers internally. All of our positions offer the opportunity to learn about the firm, its culture, and the financial services industry.
