ABOUT iCORE
We invented iCore (Intelligent Core) accounts to provide investors with a low-fee solution to investing. iCore is a selection of portfolios representative of the major industries, sectors, and regions within the financial markets. When combined to create an entire portfolio that follows an asset allocation model consistent with investors' capacity and tolerance for risk, iCore may potentially represent an entire solution to developing a diversified investment portfolio. Put differently, each iCore account, regardless of its goal, is intentionally designed to represent a core position of marketable securities such as stocks and bonds within an investor's overall portfolio. These accounts provide a foundation to pursue specific investment goals. An effective core may differ from one investor to the next, but five principles of iCore apply to all: broad exposure, tax efficiency, low fees, long-term strategy, and diversification.
iCore accounts are not mutual funds or ETFs. While significant effort is made to exclude mutual funds and/or ETFs from iCore accounts (largely because mutual funds and ETF fees can impact overall performance), we sometimes need to include these types of investment products to meet the goals of the account, and to achieve a level of diversification that we believe is beneficial to investors. Expense ratios will likely be higher for iCore accounts that include mutual funds and/or ETFs. We neither receive extra compensation from these types of fees nor do we impose additional fees other than the management fee which is stated on each report and throughout the website. Please refer to the report to view which securities are held within the account before investing. Contact us with any questions.
RISKS
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Past performance does not guarantee future performance. Investment value will fluctuate, and shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than the original cost.
Asset allocation and diversification strategies do not guarantee a profit or protect against a loss.
Diversification strategies do not ensure a profit and do not protect against losses in declining markets.
Small-company stocks are subject to greater volatility than other asset categories.
International investing involves special risks such as currency fluctuation and political instability. Investing in emerging markets may accentuate these risks.
For accounts that include leveraged mutual funds, it is important to know that such funds seek to provide a higher multiple of the investment returns of a given index or benchmark on a daily or monthly basis. In addition, inverse mutual funds seek to provide the opposite of the investment returns, also daily or monthly, of a given index or benchmark, either in whole or by multiples. These types of funds increase the level of risk. Due to the effects of compounding, aggressive techniques, and possible correlation errors, leveraged and inverse funds may experience greater losses than one would ordinarily expect. Compounding can also cause a widening differential between the performances of a fund and its underlying index or benchmark so that returns over periods longer than the stated holding period can differ in amount and direction from the target return of the same period. Consequently, these funds may experience losses even in situations where the underlying index or benchmark has performed as hoped.
Aggressive investment techniques that include products such as futures, forward contracts, swap agreements, derivatives, and options, can increase fund volatility and decrease performance. Investors holding these types of investment products in their accounts should discuss them with their investment manager frequently.
Hypothetical returns do not reflect trading costs, transaction fees, commissions, or actual taxes due on investment returns.
None of the data in this report constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any investment. The report is provided solely for informational purposes. All use of this report and the website is subject to the terms of service.
MINIMUM INVESTMENTS
Each iCore account imposes a different minimum investment, which is determined by various factors, the most significant of which is based on the minimum investments required by mutual funds. iCore accounts that hold mutual funds usually carry a higher minimum than accounts containing individual stocks and ETFs.
FEES
Global Advisers, LLC is not a custodian. We do not hold client funds. Rather, we are a registered investment advisor and we receive a management fee that investors agree to before investing. We partner with more than one custodian who is responsible for trade executions, account administration, and related activities. iCore Account redemption fees may be charged by the custodian. Global Advisers does not charge additional fees for redemptions regardless of the amount of time held. iCore accounts may be subject to commissions and/or fees charged by the custodian, and expenses charged by the custodian and/or the mutual fund/ETF.
We reserve the right to change the holdings in any iCore Account without notice if doing so is consistent with the goals and objectives of the account. Investors will receive a notification from the custodian after a security is bought or sold. The custodian will send each investor a trade confirmation after any security is bought or sold.
The selected fee structure that appears in this report is applied to the configured portfolios but not to the benchmark.
Neither Global Advisers, LLC nor any of its subsidiaries, representatives, or employees receive remuneration from fund companies for record-keeping, shareholder services, and other administrative services for shares purchased through its services.
GUARANTEES
Past performance is no guarantee of future results, which may vary. All use is subject to terms of service. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. The value of the investments and the income derived from them may fluctuate over time.
Returns do not reflect trading costs, transaction fees, or taxes unless specifically stated. Neither Global aDvisers nor any of its representatives provide legal or tax advice.
The results produced in this report do not constitute investment advice or recommendation, are provided solely for informational purposes and are not an offer to buy or sell any securities. The results are based on the total return of assets and assume that all received dividends and distributions are reinvested.
The projections or other information generated by the software we use to produce these results regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results, and are not guarantees of future results. Results may vary with each use and over time. The results are based on information from a variety of sources we consider reliable, but we do not represent that the information is accurate or complete.
Refer to the related documentation sections for more details on terms and definitions, methodology, and data sources.
STRATEGY
Portfolio model information represents a blended portfolio consisting of the model's underlying positions and assigned weights and rebalanced at the specified schedule. Unless otherwise stated, iCore accounts are balanced annually. Unless otherwise noted, if a stock or bond is no longer publicly traded, we do not actively seek to replace that security until the annual rebalancing date. Some possible reasons why a stock might no longer trade publicly include a company merger, management's decision to take the company private, or removal of the security by the exchange on which it is traded. These events, though infrequent, will cause the security in the account to convert to cash. Cash will remain in investors' accounts until the annual rebalancing date.
The results contained in this report were constructed using a net of fee mutual fund performance. The software used to produce this report does not provide preferential treatment to any specific security or investment.
The results are based on the total return of assets and assume that all received dividends and distributions are reinvested.
ANALYSIS and PERFORMANCE
All information for an iCore account prior to its Launch Date is hypothetical back-tested, not actual performance, based on the methodology in effect on the Launch Date. Back-tested performance reflects the application of a methodology and selection of components with the benefit of hindsight and knowledge of factors that may have positively affected its performance, cannot account for all financial risk that may affect results and may be considered to reflect survivor/look-ahead bias. Actual returns may differ significantly from, and be lower than, back-tested returns. Past performance is not an indication or guarantee of future results. This back-tested data may have been created using a “Backward Data Assumption”. For more information on “Backward Data Assumption” and back-testing in general, please see the Performance Disclosure.

ASSET ALLOCATION AND REBALANCING
The results assume annual rebalancing of portfolio assets to match the specified allocation. Portfolios that do not fluctuate within predesignated levels will not be rebalanced.
INCOME
Fixed income accounts that primarily contain bonds and/or preferred stock display income information. This type of information may be useful for investors seeking current income. The annual income is calculated from the difference between monthly total returns and split-adjusted monthly price changes and thus includes both dividends and capital gains distributions. Income is generated by each individual stock, bond, or fund, and is subject to change without notice. Dividends are declared by the board of directors of the issuing company. Global Advisers is not involved with the decision-making process to declare, change, or withhold dividends and has no responsibility or control over the payment of such income.
The annual yield as a percentage is based on the portfolio asset allocation and is not impacted by cashflows.
