About the Role
Global Advisers is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to support client relationships across investment management and financial planning.
The Wealth Management Associate will work directly with advisors and clients, helping coordinate investment, retirement, tax planning, estate planning, insurance, and other financial matters. The role combines client service, financial analysis, planning support, investment-related responsibilities, and participation in business development.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support the management of client relationships and day-to-day service needs.
- Assist in developing financial planning and wealth management strategies based on client objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance, and investment needs.
- Understand and communicate Global Advisers’ investment philosophy, portfolio strategies, and investment management capabilities.
- Prepare for and participate in client review meetings and financial planning discussions.
- Assist with financial planning analysis across retirement, tax, estate, insurance, cash management, and other planning areas.
- Monitor client accounts, financial plans, and outstanding service items.
- Coordinate with clients’ attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and other outside advisers when appropriate.
- Assist with new client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, financial planning intake, and implementation.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, financial analyses, and meeting materials.
- Assist with portfolio reviews, investment research, and investment-related projects.
- Process and follow through on client requests and account-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation.
- Identify additional client needs and opportunities for the firm to provide relevant services.
- Participate in prospect meetings and business development activities.
- Develop professional relationships and referral opportunities that contribute to firm growth.
- Contribute ideas that improve the firm’s investment, planning, client-service, and operating processes.
- Maintain high professional and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Series 65, or ability to obtain the Series 65 within a reasonable period after joining the firm.
- Relevant experience in wealth management, investment management, financial planning, banking, brokerage, or financial services preferred.
- Strong interest in investment management and comprehensive financial planning.
- CFP®, CFA®, CPA, MBA, or progress toward a relevant professional designation is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Commitment to strong client outcomes and high professional standards.
Compensation
$120,000–$150,000
Compensation will reflect experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and contribution to the firm.
