Performance fees

Performance fees are a percentage of the profits earned by the portfolio. Global Advisers does not charge performance fees.

Trading fees

Global Advisers is an investment advisor, not a brokerage firm. This means we don’t charge extra commissions for trades placed in your account.[3]

Advisory Costs

Advisory fees

We charge an annual fee based on the total value of your account. Fees are calculated daily and displayed on your monthly and quarterly account statements. Fees are deducted automatically from the investment account.[4]

Financial Planning

Financial planning is included for Wealth Management accounts that meet certain criteria. For non-clients and for accounts that do not meet the minimum criteria, we charge an hourly fee for our financial planning services.[5]

Minimum investing requirements

The services you receive are based on various factors, including your total account balance with us.[6] We gladly work with clients who have less than the following minimum amount to invest. To receive certain types of services, the following minimums apply:

  • Private Wealth Management: $2,000,000
  • Wealth Management $500,000
  • Select clients: $50,0000
  • Wealth Builder: less than $50,000

1. Global Advisers, LLC, does not charge performance fees in compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. This ensures alignment with our fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of our clients.

2. Our custodian usually charges a commission to place trades in the account. We do not earn any money from commissions or markups.ย 

3. Clients may still incur fees charged by third-party custodians, such as Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., for account maintenance, wire transfers, or other custodial services. Global Advisers LLC does not receive compensation for trading fees.

4. Advisory fees are calculated based on the assets under management (AUM) and deducted in arrears. Detailed fee calculations and payment methods are outlined in our Form ADV Part 2A.

5. Rates for financial planning services vary depending on the complexity of the services requested. All fees will be disclosed prior to the engagement.

6. Minimum account balances for services may vary based on account types and client eligibility. Exceptions to minimums are made at the sole discretion of Global Advisers, LLC.

โ€ Global Advisers, LLC, uses third-party custodians such as Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., and/or Interactive Brokers, LLC to hold client accounts. The custodian is responsible for executing trades and maintaining account security.
